Northwest Colorado Health is pleased to welcome Jennifer Mattern as the Senior Director of Employee Experience and Compliance. In this role she oversees all aspects of the organization’s human resources, IT, facilities, and compliance; and is responsible for development of plans, policies, and procedures related to employee experience, and compliance. Jennifer graduated from Colorado State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science with a Health Promotion concentration and a Business Administration Minor. Jennifer joined Northwest Colorado Health in 2013 as a Medical Assistant and then transitioned to a Community Health Educator, Human Resources Generalist, to Human Resources Manager and then to the Senior Director of Employee Experience and Compliance in 2023. She obtained her Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional Certification in 2020.
