Northwest Colorado Health’s Board of Directors announced today that Stephanie Einfeld will be the agency’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Einfeld has been with Northwest Colorado Health since 2013, when she started as Revenue Cycle Manager. In 2014, she joined the organization’s Leadership Team as Director of Performance Improvement. In that time, she developed and delivered an ambitious data and improvement strategy that supports the agency in providing award winning national outcomes for all of its health services.
“I am honored to lead this Agency into its next chapter. My focus is to promote unity amongst our communities and staff in order to provide our patients every opportunity to achieve their best health,” Einfeld said. “This agency’s mission and history are deeply rooted in Northwest Colorado, and we will continue to be an award winning staple of the healthcare community.”
Einfeld received a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistical Mathematics from Colorado State University in 2004 before beginning work in the health care field. In 2010, she received a professional certification in Lean Healthcare Management from the University of Michigan and, in 2011, a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University. During her career, she has held multiple management roles, both in financial analysis and process improvement, including work at a global fortune 500 company.
“Through a national search that garnered many qualified applicants Stephanie’s knowledge, vision and experience consistently aligned with the current goals and focus of our agency,” said Laurie Good, President of the Northwest Colorado Health Board of Directors. “We are thrilled to have been able to hire from within the organization”
